My Story

My name is Jamilah Melrose Viajar, I am 23 years old. I am an animation graduate from USW and also a CG animator intern at Fireslug Studios, based in London. My main priorities are creating both bi-ped and quadruped animations and my responsibilities managing the animation department. 

 

Throughout my life as a student and an intern, I’ve had the great fortune to work on some truly inspiring projects, while meeting many influential and creative individuals along the way. These projects include collaboration projects such as working in a short film, game created, animating and rigging a creature character and then it implemented to Unreal. I also worked on animating both character and creature currently for a first produced RPG game for Fireslug, to be fully developed soon! This helped me work with others as well as help myself improve my work. My goal in life is to enjoy it as much as I can, to be able to apply my talents to create fun and imaginative animations that I could show off. Lastly, my hobbies include my passion for character animating not only with internship work, but also when I have spare time. While we are to work our own hours as an intern, I also work retail as a part-time job alongside doing animation. I also enjoy roller skating and traveling most of all.
